We are completely skipping mediation and going straight in front of the Judge. Same Judge that gave GBM guardianship of SD3! Bet he will be SO thrilled to see BM again... lol
DH is thrilled. According L this is really good news for us. This Judge typically sends people to mediation if he doesn't agree with the motion. Fingers crossed this means he agrees!
I can't wait to see BM's face. Sole legal and physical custody, child support, and supervised parenting time... and watch she will say it's not fair even though that is exactly what she did to DH!! At least we won't be the ones supervising... Less we see her ugly mug the better.
