I can't do this anymore. I sit here day in and day out taking care of my stepkids for the last 3 years. Well bm got into sec8 and lied saying the boys live with her full time. Dh and I found out and when to sec8 and showed them CO and kids school papers to show they life with us. Now after 3 years of Bm partying and doing whatever the hell she wants she wants the boys back full time.. BM only takes them a few times a years. why the heck does she think she can handle them full time.

ss9 is out of control to me. he lies about everything and anything. at school he walks out of class, yells at teacher, gets in to fights, tries to really hurt his brother ss7, yesterday I caught him trying to get high on nail polish, to day I found him sitting in his room with a box cutter cutting up his pillow. when asked where he got it from he said BM, so I asked him if I call BM she will say she gave it to him then he said he found it, but then I found out he stole it from my brother when they went to my moms this pasted weekend.

I cant stand it no more

So ss's when to BM last weekend. we thought they were going with grandpa but that was a lie. so they get back and ss7 is being a little shit to me. now this is the first time they have seen bm all year. Finally I get pissed at the way ss7 is treating me and ask him whats going on. ss7 says he is scared of me. umm ok why because I look at him! no joke so right away I knew this Was bm doing so I just let it go.

Like I said WW3 broke out cause I said NO

But, I gave in after all the glass on the floor, broken pictures, being yelled at that I am selfish ungrateful and just think of myself, keys and other stuff being thrown.
What did I say no to. Well MY H knew he had work to day like always and when it go closer I asked about the ss's because they were with BM DAD. My H told me I would have to deal with it.

DH and I have ss's full time for over 2 years now. DH filed for CS when BM tried to get welfare for them while they were in our care. CS got granted in jan for the amount of $320 a month. but we have yet to see a dime.
I was wondering if anybody knows if cs unit takes any actions on non payment? if so what kind? and how behind does she have to be before they take action?

SS9 is growing more and more everyday and looks nothing like dh. bm messed around the entire time they were together. everyone makes comments how ss7 and bd9 look so much like dh but bd9 isnt dh. but she looks more like dh then ss9. his family always makes the comments about ss7 being dh twin. and bd9 must be his. but when it comes to ss9 nobody says anything. in front of him. but when its just me they will let there true feeling show. they dont think ss9 is dh.
