MY FIRST POST - ITS A VENT THREAD - A LITTLE BARE WITH ME..

When my DH picked up his daughter she said "Daddy Mrs.________ said she was going to slap me" and then continued to mumble something about her shoe laces. DH asked me what should he do I said talk to the teacher/Director. I think as a man DH didnt want to get to emotional because he might take it too another level and blast them. So I suggested that the Mother do it. he told SD mom's, who is about the worse ever. This is in the middle of their huge battle of who's going to keep her. I need to give a little history of BM. She doesnt really want to parent and really doesnt care if SD lived with her or not. She pretends to be concern on issues and really doesnt have the least idea how to go about. Its her only girl and she acts like she never wants to see her. THe last time she saw her was last week Thursday and recently started a new job with Home Depot, with a really bad schedule for a mom to a 3 year old who never has available child care. So drop off and pickup rest on DH. Now her schedule is 10-7 on MTW and 2-8 on THF. SD needs to be picked up 6 everyday. So now she is never able to pick up SD. So this is going to really mess up DH because sometimes he has to work late and has to call his cousin to pick her up, and they get home like 8-9. I have alot of issues going on and Im trying to get some help how this looks on the outside. Right now DH is paying for daycare 2 weeks and she pays 2 weeks. This week he decided to stop the everyother day pickup drop off and keep her. He says he will go to court, but I dont think he really wants to because he's scared custody might be denied.

Back to the story, so she goes to the school and says , my daughter told her father and her father told me to come here because you said u were going to slap her. The teacher then went on to lie and say that they were playing a game and she misinterpreted what she said. OF course anyone can lie on a 3 year old but I think she was really scared that she would slap her thats why she came home and told her dad. She tells her dad everything. BM totally blew this one. In the future Im going to tell him he needs to address it because now they're saying oh how come he didnt talk to us about it. IT was kinda my idea because I told him mother's usually addrss stuff like that if its a female teacher. Thats what I would do ( I have a 7 year old(previous) and we have a 5 month old). I REALLY HATE MY BM AND I WISH SHE WOULD BE OUT OF MY LIFE. SHE IS A BITTER WITCH AND SHOULD NEVER BREED AGAIN.
