Hello, my name is Tameron......and I'm a step-parent!

So, I'm seeing already that so many of the issues I have are very common. That is helpful, and makes me feel less crazy. But, I feel some of my issues may be different........

My spouse has been married twice and has 4 kids (2 each marriage). The older children, while not perfect.....I get along with, care about, and generally enjoy. However, I have 2 younger (7 and 9) step-daughters that I can barely tolerate being in the same room with.

Our relationship (5+ yrs ago) started off great, and I felt like we were on the same page with parenting. As time has gone by, I see that we are not. The 2 younger children are awful. Terrible. Spoiled, mouthy, rude, no manners, social inept....and make my life MISERABLE!

Anyone else have issues with the younger children???
