Dh called to let them know he was not the responsible party and to please remove him. They do so and was apologizing up one end down the other. LOL I told dh that if bm calls screaming that she got that bill she is BUSTED!!!!! Karma baby karma!

Good job....Glad he pursued it. So many times the Dad's don't and it just gives the BM unwritten permission to do what they want with our money and our lives.

Who takes the kids to the doc?? If she does then all you have to do is call them and tell them that your dh did not sign for consent of treatment they HAVE t send the bill to her! It is a law!
