Noticed Child of a Twenty Nine Year old BM
had no manners at the dentist office. A six year old boy comes in for cleaning. His 29 yr old BM escorts him in; he is not happy that he's at the dentist. Most kids aren't but this kid was doing the "Prince Hygiene" shuffle. Non existent chin to chest and scuffling feet slowly.
The dental assistants go out of their way to make this kid happy/smile. One older lady offers him a sticker. Does he say "thank you?" Of COURSE NOT. He just grabs it away from her, peels off the sticker, wads up the backing paper and hands it to mom to throw out!!!
Now my bios knew not to give me an "errand" like that! I mean what is wrong with this kids legs to walk 10 steps to the wastepaper basket right in front of him?
Well the kid started pouting when the BM told him to put it in the trash himself, so she took the paper and did his "errand" for him. The kid greedily smiled the rest of the time in the waiting room; he TOTALLY looked like he had gotten one over on mom. . .which he did.
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG with these non-parenting, inconsistent mothers (and fathers) today?
P.S. I knew their ages b/c they were announcing quite loudly their birthdates at the recptionist desk.

I can't stand kids like this
I can't stand kids like this either, maybe she was just embarassed and was avoiding a battle of the wills in public.
What does this have do with her age? I've been raising kids since I was 23 and mine are very well mannered.
What does this have to do
What does this have to do with age? NOTHING
What does this have to do with today's breeding generation? EVERYTHING.
I had just turned 21 when I had my first child and I parented them TRADITIONALLY as I suspect you do also.
