Monday I opened the mail only to find out that the state took DHs tax return to pay for Jabbas TANF that she illegaly took. The TANF thing is something we've been fighting for over a year. So I let DH know that it was taken and Ill have new appeal papers drawn up that afternoon. He didnt handle it well. He took to FB and posted that EVERYONE (which included me, but I didnt know) takes advantage of him and hes way to nice about it. In short FTW and hes done. When he got home from work I started to let him know that I had talked to the Director of CS and I got the paper to take Jabba back to court drawn up. He said nothing. Then I asked what the "everyone" thing ment cause it was only her that screwed him over and then he flipped. He said everyone just takes from him, even me and that I was no better than her cause I made him go to therapy after he had a breakdown that landed him in the hospital.

I lost it on him. I screamed that Im not some overweight husband beater that blew thru hundreds of thousands of dollars buying crap. I saved his ass from that situation and he knew it. Ive done nothing but bail him out when the ex would bury him with more drama. I made my point so very clear that the line was drawn. Grow a set of balls and deal with your ex or Im out. It amazed me how fast those puppies grew in. Next day he told her to F off and we havent heard a peep since.

15 min ago.... The Sheriff shows up with papers for him. I couldnt sign which is unusual. Best guess is that cbag finally lost the house and because she never refi'd when the divorce went thru hes still on it. Im hoping thats all it is. We've been prepared for the forclosure but its a double ended sword. She looses the house, YAY! Serves her right, stupid beotch that spends all her monies on Twilight shit. (No joke 8g on Twilight memorbilia, found out in divorce) But... no house for here means SKs are here full time. I can handle the younger 2 sks, but not SD9. Im actually afraid she'll sneek in our room at night and kill me. I think shes a skitzo.

Which brings me to DHs epiphany on Wed. He thought that SD9 was prego because when shes at BMs she hangs with 15 yo boys, and shes gained a ton of weight in a short time, not to mention even more bitchy than normal. I told him that shes going thru puberty and BM is large so she will be to if she doesnt get off her ass. I dont want to think about it, but I dont doubt that shes done something with those boys. Atleast when shes here she cant even go out the yard. He got her a drs app hes taking her to. Hes gone thru so much and I wish the shit would just stop but between his ex and the little drama queen, he cant catch a break. I vote BM keeps her full time and we take the other 2.
