Visitation Orders??

So, IF you had to redo the visitation order, what would you add into it??

BM wants to keep the order "as is" and it was ordered as temp orders in our ex parte hearing. She got EVERY weekend, which she has NOT taken in a year and ALL of July/August (with us having them alternate weekends during that time AND two weeks before shool starts) Is this dumb???

Would it be more practical to say she gets Every other weekend, and a month in summer??

If I was the NCP:

Half the transportation
1/2 summer, every other spring break, eowe, right to first refusal, rotation of major holidays. Additional time for other school holidays (we have PTO days, where the holiday falls on a Monday).

If I was the CP

Visitation based on my discretion. Smile

We still pay support.... so.... thats out. Yes we HAVE CUSTODY, she sees 1 of the two kids 4 days a month and WE PAY support still.

I think her wanting a majority of summer is stupid. She cannot even get out of bed to help SS8 get his medication in the mornings. When she does get up she sends SS8 to work with her DH and he sits in a room all day watching TV. And he is to spend his whole summer that way??? um, No. This boy has ADHD, ODD and TS and he is supposed to get his own meds and be trapped in 4 walls all summer??? she is a piece of work.
