I wasnt gonna blog this, cuz I figure I will get slammed on some of it, but what the heck. I want it written down so I can look back on it someday and tell myself, "I told me so"

So, Thanksgiving eve, BF is suppose to get skids at 6pm and get them all thru the holiday til Sunday at 7pm.
Bm text. "Best interest of the kids bla bla bla, go to dinner at my moms at noon on Thanksgiving day Yak Yak Yak Please?"
BF text back "yes just drop them off at my moms at 6 on Thanksgiving day for our family dinner"
BM replies " You dont control me Yak Bla Yak and You will come to my moms on Thanksgiving day and pick up your kids at 3pm!!"
BF replies, "ok, 3pm at your moms"
Then on Thanksgiving day, BF and I are at my parents for dinner at 1pm for dinner at 2pm.
BM text him at 1:30 that "the dinner is running an hour behind"
Bf text, "ok I will get them at 4"
So we eat dinner at my parents real quick and vistit family for a minute then at 3:45 we head out to get skids........
We pull up in front of her moms house at 4 and she comes flying out the door screaming, arms flailing, "MY KIDS ARENT GOING ANYWHERE WITH THAT BIT@H YAK YAK BLA BLA". (just a picture for all ya's She is 6 feet tall flat footed and has arms as big as my legs AND had on 6 inch thigh high stilleto heals) BF is out of the car and I am pressing the lock button over and over....
He calls police, Kids are crying, BM is FREAKING.
Police ask if he has his paperwork, he says not with him, they say go back and get it and call us when you are a block from where you are picking them up.
We drive back to our town, get the paperwork, drive back to a block from BMs moms, cop shows up 20 min later, we drive back to BMs moms and guess what? yep, her van is gone. Cop knocks on door , BMs mom says nope not here. Cop says nuttin he can do cuz BM lives in a diff county.
So we head to BMs, call cops in that county on our way, they say stop a block from BMs house and call us from there.
1 hour later lady cop shows up, looks at paperwork. And says" I just left that address, BM filed a report on you(bf). "
She points out that she cant make the kids go with him, but can go to the door and ask BM to let him have them.
We follow her to BMs and guess what? Yep! they are gone.
By now it is 8 pm. BF is damn close to tears, Has done everything the right way and nuttin.....
no skids....
At 8:30pm BM text " due to all the drama you have caused our children I think it best that they stay here in their home tonite and we can arrange a pick up tomorrow on Friday."

On Friday at 6pm, (during dinner rush, Bf owns a pizza shop) She text "call me to make arrangements"
He text "tell me when and where"
She replies "no more text"
he doesnt answer, so she finally replies for him to pick up the skids at her house at 8pm and not to bring Onebright.

At 8 he takes my car, (his truck was out of commission) and shows up to get the skids. I didnt go. Now this is hearsay at this point but I dont think BF would make this up.
She once again comes flying out of the house screaming at the kids not to come out calling the cops on her cell phone and VIDEO TAPING my car. !
Cops come and yell at BF for having to come out again, he tells them he just wants to pick up his kids for his holiday. She called, not me" She is ranting about me being in the car, they make him turn on the lights to show her, I am not in there, lotsa yelling, yaking bla bla bla ing. And she is concerned there arent enuff seats. Its a Pacifica, it has 3rd row seats, AND her own mother drives a PT cruiser, and stuffs all 5 kids in it!!!!
She finally sends on kid out. BF ask where her sisters are and she says "mom said no one else is coming out until you show her the insurance papers on this car." he goes to the cop, she goes to the door and tells her thats not necessary. and he finally gets all the kids and leaves. The cops did suggest they start doing swaps at a nearby police station.
ok..... so......
Later the oldest skid16 Does the whole "well if u just would have called mom and let her know you were bringing onebright with you or you were driving her car she wouldnt have gone crazy"
BF told her, " I dont have to tell you mother anything and even if I showed up with the G D Hells Angels, she has to let you come with me!"
Sooooooo
He says he is gonna file the contempt charges today.
BM sent 4 notebook pages the following day trying to get BF to go to family counseling with her and the skids in lieu of filing contempt charges, and he never even told her or texted her that he was going to.
Sounds like she is back peddeling to make it look like the skids were upset when she is the one to cause all the drama.
Wouldnt it have been much simpler to say, the first time, "Hey kids your dads here, go hop in the car and have a good time. See ya Sunday" ???
