O/T - Karma is my new best friend!!!
Well ya all know what I've been going through with the lovely Princess Snowflake called Aergia....
She and BM demanded I be banned from the ours house, not that I cared and I put up "For Sale" notices immediately, will not change my mind on this...
That was the first hit from Karma.....
Aergia never thought I could sell the house from under them, BM never knew I owned half...
Aergia is set to move out January 2018 - I always said Dorm, she demanded Private flat, She thinks she's won and has no clue I picked the small flat, on top of restaurants, I picked out all the furniture and she thinks she's won Daddy over agreeing to the flat... yeah poor poor girl, Daddy and I talk about these things and he left it to me to do, instead of a fancy huge house with expensive furniture, she's getting a small bachelors flat, wifi and a 32"inch TV - not the big curved screen she had in mind. - Karma strike 2 (the only reason I decided this, Dorms close holidays then she will have to come home, in her own place I can suggest she stays in the city and work during the holiday - I know SO will agree)
Seeing I'm banned from my own house, I've been having a ball, no more driving my ass off and keeping house in 2 different locations.
Now what Aergia and SO forgot, they came and went as they please, cause I was always there to pet sit... SO is on his way for a week of dong nothing with his brothers, Aergia informed him, well the she's going away as well... no fun being alone at home with no food and booze, cause SO only buys what he needs per day, and suddenly the master bedroom and guest bedroom is locked 24/7, house in the market, SO will have to pay for damage to rooms that I already fixed) SO text me,
SO: I'm leaving Thursday and Aergia Friday Morning
Acra: When are you coming back?
SO: week from then please feed the animals this week
Acra: hahaha you must be joking,
SO: but Aergia will not be there either
Acra: Not my problem, Banned is banned, either she stays and pet sit or you ask BM (now asking BM is not an option lo, she will simply tell him your animals your problem eff off)
SO: Thus I have to tell Aergia she can't go
Acra: not what I said, I said, you will have to make a plan, I can't help cause I'm banned from the house... legally you know, either Aergia and BM goes back to court/police station and turn it over or they look after the animals.
SO: Thank you for nothing, why the hell do you think I keep you around... (yeah I know how this sounds hahaha I laughed at it and ignored him I parked this to be used at a later time)
Karma strike 3.....
Since I left - no more maid, no more cleaning lady doing their laundry 3x a week, no more food in the house, no one cleaning and doing dishes, no one feeding the animals when they want to gallivant week-ends. SO has been stuck at home for 3 months now.. cause every time he wants to have an away week-end I ask.. who's caring for the animals.... SO stays at home... I'm enjoying my life, ...

she assaulted me one evening while she was drunk, I went and filed charges against the cow, this was before her 18th birthday, she ran to mummy and they ran to lawyers and got sort of RO against me cause I've been abusing her for all these years blablablabla
They said seeing she's in SO's custody and BM signed away her parental rights to Aergia it would be best if I do not come near her ... fine by me , bitch lives in my house, SO agreed lol, dumbfook... the next day I put For sale signs up and told SO to eff off I'm done.. we broke up for about 2 months, still not really back together, I do what ever I want .... either he fits in or he stays at home.... and keep his brat happy
Since she turned 18 - her letter actually means nothing, I know it but SO does not know it and nor does the stupid bitches know it, Aergia thinks that the assault charges automatically expired when she turned 18 - poor poor little girl, When I did it, i went for the very legal unknown option, seeing she's a minor I don't want them to ruin her life with court etc, I choose the option to have it stand till she's 21 - thus if any one files assault charges against her now... my case will be there as well and she will have a hard time getting away, it's second offense (there's pictures and everything) thus not just a slap over the hands but actual criminal record.
My lawyer also said, Aergia's letter banning me from my home, means nothing, she's a minor and BM signed away parental rights, thus SO had to go with her to have it legal, but these two never thought of it, I simply like playing with the whole thing and not my fault they are stupid..
oh in somewhere in between she was caught by a woman having an affair with her husband.... that was just as much fun lol
since all off this SO stepped up as a parent, she's not getting thousands of dollar monthly anymore, she's on a very low budget (yes my money is no longer there and the full bond repayment is heavy) sometimes SO slips, but he remembers quickly.... and then he parents again, I let him be... it's way too late you can't parent a 18 year old, but not my problem, SO is determined she's out 5th of January 2018, and will never move back in, house will be sold and we will buy another house with no history with former spouses etc. I get not moving in with me, my current house does not have enough garages and I'm not kicking Deigma out, Thus we will buy new and have a new start...

I am glad to see that SO stepped up to parent as a result of this. As I read this, I was thinking 'why is this smart, tough Acra still with this guy?" But hopefully he saw the light finally.....sometimes they have to be jolted awake very strongly.....what a sweet princess he has, assaulting his girlfriend!
I'd make sure a roach infestation got started right before she moved into her "luxury" flat. Lol

he's not a bad person, he simply can't say NO to any one, a real people pleaser and it pisses me off, but he's learning to say NO and I reward him time and time again, even if he tells me NO
..... his family is not too happy about it, but he had the option, either we are done or he puts me first, I never forced him, he made that choice all on his own.

The other option we are talking about, to buy a new ours house cash... this means it's going to be small but as long as there's a double garage I don't care, .... and it will be run with rules, no possy coming with Aergia, no parties, and she will not have keys to the house, if she wants to come home for a week-end it will be on her own with 2 weeks notice, she will not have a room in any new house, it will be a guest bedroom, first time she disrespects me she will be out on the street or she can go to BM's... I really do not care lol..
