DH had to work early this morning, and was exhausted. The bus supposedly broke down before it left the school, and SD15 had to wait for a replacement bus. She texted DH that she was going to be home late, and when he called and she found out he was on his way home, she begged for him to drive to the school to pick her up. Remember, that is about 10 miles out of DH's way from his route home (5 miles there and 5 miles back). I'm so proud of DH...he told her, "Sorry, I'm tired and I'm going home! Ride the bus!!!"

Guess she didn't get her "car" and chauffeur today!

Oh, and X-Games happens to be in town the same weekend as graduation...the Saturday after. I'm a huge fan of rally cross, and DH loves moto x. 2 tickets ran us about a $200. I told DH flat out that SD15 was NOT invited! I didn't want to hear her whine about the heat or being bored. If she was really interested in X-Games, she would actually sit and watch it with us every year...but she only acts interested for like 5 minutes, and then disappears to her room. Nope...not wasting $100 on her! She will pout when she finds out we are going without her...guess poor baby will have to go to BM's that weekend, and will probably go crying to BM that she doesn't ever get to do anything fun!
