Ughhhh!!! I am so angry and have been since Tuesday. BM calls on Tuesday and asks for ss9, DH tells her he's in the shower and that he would have him call her back. DH then asks if she is going to take ss9 on Saturday night as planned (ss9 lives with us, DH has sole custody, BM never sees ss9, DH asked BM is she would like to have ss9 every Saturday night because she's been showing interest in seeing him lately, and he wanted for me to be able to have my sundays without watching his son since he has to work on Sundays). She has the f'in nerve to ask DH if one of us can pick ss9 up early on Sunday morning so she can go to the football game!!! WTF???!!! DH tells her he doesn't get off until 3pm, of course she asks...can't csong40 do it (since the game is at 1pm)? I told my DH that she could drop him off but I am not picking him up. Whats even worse is that she is asking if we could do this early so she can go tailgate!!! I also pointed out that she is never held accountable for anything and that it wasn't fair to me. What would he do if I told him no, I won't watch ss9? He did genuinely feel bad, especially because I am a huge football fan and it's kind of a slap in the face that I am going to have to watch their son while BM is out having a great time at the game and DH is working. I can't even go to my friend's house because I will have ss9 (drinking, no kids there, ect.). I am just mad!!! I told DH when she tries to bail, to say "I will make sure to let ss9 know that you would rather go to the game with friends". I know it isn't DH's fault that BM is a deusch, but come on!!! DH better get at least a little snippy with her on this one!!! Im sick of BM being put on a freaking pedestal by ss9 and DH letting her get her way every time. I want DH and BM to be civil, but he has to take a stand for me at some point!!!
