Background: 30 years old , dated for 5 years, married for 2 1/2 years, two step kids ( 2 different baby mamas) SS-13 only on weekends, SD-11 full time.

Please, I need some advice..

I've always had problems getting long with my SD every since I first met her when she was 4 years old. She never liked me, but I've always tried to be the bigger person. Anyway, our relationship is like a roller coaster. We'll get along great, and then not get along at all. I know it's because I am the discipliner in the house because my husband doesn't like to be the "bad guy".

I've tried really hard to get along with her over the years but she has disappointed me so many times that I just can't find my way to open up to her again. She has written very mean things about me on several occasions and I've always forgiven her. The last time was last October when I was helping her clean her room and found a notebook.
