SD14 told my fiance the other day that BM is remodeling her kitchen and that its all torn up.

remodeling with what money? you have no job. And why do you need a new kitchen? You dont cook!!!!

her parents might be paying for it (she lives with them and its their house) but they dont have any money either. but BM's mom at least cooks. lol

its the one she uses (or rather the one that exists in her dwelling area of hte house) - her parents have a smaller kitchen upstairs.

Don't you find it funny how when it comes to the kid, these BM's have no money and they are begging for the dad to pay for all kinds of crap the kid doesn't need. Yet, they always manage for find money for stupid things they want? But yeah...her parents are probably "remodeling". My guess, a pipe broke or something, and the kitchen is getting redone on insurance. Or, maybe BM tried to cook and almost burned the house down! Last I heard about DH's ex trying to cook, she ended up with 3rd degree burns in the hospital! Was trying to make mac and cheese (from a box) in the microwave (which is over the stove). She thought is smart to use a flimsy plastic bowl to boil the water in. Yeah, I'm sure you can guess what happened when she tried to take the bowl out of the microwave!
