Please stay asleep

You know, we often complain about how lazy our skids are, and how much they sleep. I'm sitting here praying that this girl stays asleep today!! It rained on the competition on Saturday, so she is complaining that she is sick again. Note, no sniffles, etc....but if you ask her, she is sick! The fake cough is bound to start up again here soon like it was a couple of weeks ago! You can tell the fake ones from the real ones. Hoping she is so "sick" she stays asleep all day! Oh, how I hate school holidays now!

Today happens to be a school holiday, so she isn't home because she is faking sick. She is faking sick, though, for attention and to use as an excuse for having a bad attitude. Seriously...every single time she gets caught out in the rain, she is "sick".

I was thinking with an IV...LOL!
So far I haven't heard a peep from her...and this is a good thing. It is nearly 11 am. She was at BM's on Saturday night, so chances are she hardly slept at all. When over there, she tends to stay up all night with BM watching TV. That could work in my favor today!

I'm a little embarressed to admit this, but sometimes when my skids are over I fake a period and horrible cramps, that way I can stay in bed all day, get waited on by DH and he makes them leave me alone.
I just hate being home alone
I just hate being home alone with her. I wish she did not live with us! She is not quiet when she is up, and I work from home. So, what I get all day is the opening and slamming of the fridge, the opening and slamming of the pantry. She is looking for junk food that does not exist in this house, and she checks like every 30-45 minutes, like she missed it last time, or it will magically appear this time! And she stomps, she doesn't walk. You would think a "dancer" would be lighter on her feet!
Then there is the walking through the house singing, which sounds like someone is strangling a cat...or talking loudly on her cell phone with the phone on speaker.
I swear, it is like she purposely tries to be the most annoying person on the planet!
Oh, I know she does it to
Oh, I know she does it to purposely annoy me!
It is noon, and she has rolled out of bed and is now rummaging in the kitchen for something to eat. Fridge is slamming, cabinets are slamming, drawers are slamming...sounds like it is time for a sandwich! Yay for breadcrumbs and such on the counters that I just wiped down this morning (I make it a point to wipe them down in the morning and evening...whether they look like it or not, since you can't see germs). Getting tension in my neck just knowing she is up! Hope she takes a shower before she goes to practice this evening. You KNOW she will try to take a long one, and I haven't had the opportunity to mess with the hot water in a long time! }:)
