I have only met dh's ex once, but from the history, I am convinced that their relationship was one in which dh was a father figure, one to love unconditionally and do everything for the queen and her little princesses. Guess what? I was spot on! Today I looking in the attic for old files and came across what must have bern an old Xmas card from the ex to my dh. It was a "to dad" xmas card.........basically joking how the father spends hrs getting the tree up. She signed it that she could not resist.......my dh does spend hrs on tree, but very telling yes??? I had a good laugh!
