BM is not allowing visitation. What can be done to force the issue? Who can I call? I have been told that the police can not help so who can help DH get SD for visitation?
If you have a court order saying how often your DH is supposed to see SD, then once the first day he was supposed to see her passes, like leahmcc311 says, get your DH to try to visit and document it if BM keeps denying visitation. Also, if you go to the police station before, you might be able to have a police officer come with you to BM's house. If BM is violating a court order, that's contempt of court. She cannot legally deny visitation. It just looks bad on her part.
