"On 6/27/2014 at 7:55 PM during the only phone visitation allowed this month, SS14 (Minor aged 14)
Informed his Father PapaFox that he wished to have the actual physical visitations ordered by the court in
2010 on the final divorcee decree enforced. They have not been due to the Mother's Husband,
One CrazyAss, not allowing the use of the vehicles or phones. As every visitation has been missed
and the children both SS14 and SS11, wish to see their father.

During our own investigation into the matters at hand, we have found out BM has been diagnosed with
border line personality disorder and visibly abused her medication on April 19th 2014, in our presence at McDonalds being drunk while ingesting a double douse of her medication
during the same night she had physically accosted MaMaFox on two occasions not resulting in a police report or injuries.

There is past history of abuse and child endangerment (three separate occasions), and a
protective order placed against CrazyAss by BM. BM and CrazyAss have both made every attempt to dodge giving the Court their actual residency address as ordered in the Custody Agreement and have
moved with no notice given to PapaFox or the court, no less than 3 times in as many years.

Due to the above mentioned incidents, we would like the court to modify this custody arrangement to one more suited to the children's wishes
and welfare, being...
