BM has filed yet another motion for modification of order for temporary custody. She filed for a modification in May and the Judge granted a hearing but denied her request stating that there wasn't a material change in circumstances. She just filed again using the same EXACT reason she tried using the first time she filed. I don't want to get too into detail. This will be the 5th time we've been to court on temporary hearings and i'm just confused as to why the Judge granted the hearing? Has this happened to anyone here before?
