(I realise I am terrible at checking in on this website, and if anyone saw my last post, SKs are still in BMs care as she changed her mind for the millionth time. No more mention of tapped bums but and SS admitted that he made some things up) 

Long time no rant… Well, actually, not really a rant today but I’m wondering if anyone on here has gone through mediation before? Or whatever the equivalent is in the states?

BM is refusing to include DP in important decisions. SS (5) was recently diagnosed with ADHD and put on medication without any discussion with DP. He wasn’t even aware SS had an appointment coming up or that any specialist were involved because BM refuses to keep him in the loop—and then kicks off because he “doesn’t help with the paperwork or the meetings”. She’s refused multiple times to tell him what medication SS is even taking. Thankfully, all is documented via email of her withholding information. She even put in print that she thinks he has no right or say over what happens, so she won’t tell him. 

Long story short, after 3 years of constant drama, and telling him he needs to get a legitimate custody plan in place, he is finally reaching out for mediation. Really I’m just wondering what we should expect? DP is happy with the arrangement that is /supposed/ to be in place, but BM never sticks to it, so really all he is after is a way for her to have to go by what has been agreed.
