Long story short we were awarded sole custody of SD(13). BM is allowed visitation all she has to do is ask. Every now and again she calls etc but rarely sees SD. It's her decision no one is standing in her way. She stays away during holidays ( birthdays Christmas Easter etc) so she don't have to buy SD any gifts. Needless to say she quit her job so she wouldn't pay us cs. A real loser. Anyways she has said some rotten things about me and I hate how she pretty much abandoned SD. She only calls ( when she do) when dh is at work! She knows he works mon-fri 8-5 it DOESN'T change and she knows this. Anyways she missed sd birthday few weeks ago so I'm pretty pissed about that cause "I" am the one who has to deal with the turmoil SD acts like when her mom pulls this shit.

Anyways she calls Friday,

BM: Is DH there?

ME: you know he is working

BM: ahh well he could have a day off

ME: he can't AFFORD a day off cause you won't pay child support. You know his work schedule call when he is HOME. *click*

She calls back later that night and apologizes for her behavior towards me LOL
