I had softball tonight down in Olympia. I made a post about the hearing "Mixed Blessings." Didn't get what we want, but ... we are okay with how things played out ... I'll post more about the Montessori issue on my blog later. I think that is going to bite her in the butt.
I didn't put this in my "blog," but since you have an extra bit of history ... she responded with 6-pages, and 4 of it was spent dissing DH about things in the past (from mediation) that have been resolved.
our bm does the same thing.... they don't have a leg to stand on and so they bring up past BS that has alreadly been judged upon! It is really frustrating but makes them look stupid in the long run.... We haven't heard anything yet... dh and I should be receiving our psych. evauls any day now to attach to the paperwork that we are ready to file.... I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything, but it will be a few weeks at least.
