Does anyone else have a SKID that if you let him or her, lounge around the house in pajamas ALL day long? Its a fight to get SD8 to change out of them in the morning. She LOVES her footies! I swear, she has like 10 pairs of them and constantly wears out the feet in them. While I don't mind the footies because it does get pretty cold her at night, I hate the fact that she will wear them all day long if she had the chance. Anyone else feel the same way that I do that the kids should be dressed in day clothes and not stay in pj's all day?

I'll have a hard time with this one. There are weekends where I stay in pj's all day and they are usually skid weekends.

Having a PJ day is one of my luxuries! We change out of our clothes, pretty much the second we walk in the door, into robes or lounge about garments. Hehehehe if someone came to my door they'd think I am such a slob...they have no way of knowing that we were up and out the door at 5:00 AM and home again at Noon, or that we are getting dressed again to go back out at four. Now ask me if I give a shit? Hell no! We have dogs and they adore us and want to sit in our laps etc...with good clothes on? Noooooooo...

If my kids get too lazy on the weekend, I start dishing out chores. It's funny to see how fast they find something they have to go and do.

I just buy nice warm cozy pjs for my boys and myself and we are all happy and warm at home! It's ok to let down your hair on weekends!
