I read this as "they can't help but identify themselves as narcissists" during therapy. Because of their behavior, a good therapist would see this.

I pretty much knew this (ive done lots of reading about narcs cause my ex is one)
But it still gives me goose bumps. Its like some stranger describing him to a tee!
