Hey all, I thought I posted this yesterday but now I don't see it, so here we go again.

BM has been hyper-focused on SD lately. You know the drill, she's in between boyfriends so suddenly SD needs a tutor, therapy, lasik, etc. She is asking DH to agree to therapy for their happy lively, lovely 7 year old. He's spoken to her teachers & they are shocked that BM is asking for this. DH wants to say no as it's totally out of left field and unwarranted..but what do you guys think? I mean can BM just take him back to court & have the judge rule against him any way? Will it "look bad" to a judge?
