BM now decided she wants to work outside of court haha..

I posted a long post yesterday about the drama going on bewteen my DH, SD and BM. She has been living an hour away with her felon BF and left SD with her parents. My DH stepped in and decided to take her in full time. This caused BM to file papers (with no lawyer) againt my DH for full custody and child support. Well he got a lawyer and countered it so that he would have full custody.

I guess she got the papers from his lawyer yesterday because she told my DH that her "lawyer" and her think that its best that they work this out without going to court. Think she's scared? Wink

Oh yeah...she is scared for sure because her loser ass KNOWS she probably won't get what she wants from a Judge AND I call BS on her having a lawyer...these pos BMs are so fucking ridiculous...ANYTHING for FREE $$$!!! :sick:

I call BS on the lawyer .. our BM does the same thing.

But I don't doubt that a lawyer would advise her to work this out outside of the courtroom if at all possible. That's pretty standard advice in any custody battle situation.

DH has a new attorney now and I CAN'T WAIT until we get this ball rolling Biggrin

Yeh she voluntarily quit her job to go up and live with this deadbeat..I highly doubt that she JUST now randomly got an attorney.
