BM is making Threatening statements please help

BM last month Threatened to file a 9.45 on SS. It's been over a month and we have not heard anything. Does ANYONE know what a 9.45 is? Can any DR order this or does it have to come from a Psychiatrist?

according to google, its for the state of NY and an emergency psyche evalutation and outcomes.  Better read up on it for your own knowledge.

Why would she do that? Being a stinker and not brushing his teeth does not warrant this. What does she hope to achieve? Has he been violent?

A kid who voluntarily won't shower for a week likely has some issue going on.  He also may be having outbursts with his mom.  

I think his dad needs to understand what issues are making BM seek this out... and if there is some legit mental health concerns.. his dad needs to be getting him help as well.. not just leaving it to mom to deeal with if at all possible.
