All the acronyms/abbreviations

Hi everyone,

Maybe I'm not alone, who knows? Oftentimes I am stumped by some of the acronyms/abbreviations and what not. Does anyone out there have a handle on all of these and can share with everyone? Especially me? Thanks in advance.

I'll share the one's I

I'll share the one's I know:

DH = dear husband
SO = significant other
BM = bio mother (or sometimes baby mama)
SS = stepson
SD = stepdaughter
DD = dear daughter (i.e. bio daughter, sometimes BD)
DS = dear son (i.e. bio son, sometimes BS)
MIL = mother-in-law
FIL = father-in-law
O before SS or SD typically means older or oldest (e.g. OSD = older or oldest step daughter)
M before SS or SD typically means middle (e.g. MSD = middle step daughter)
Y before SS or SD typically means younger or youngest (e.g. YSD = younger or youngest step daughter)
OMY could also apply to bio children
A number after SS, SD, DD, or DS usually indicates the child's age

I'm sure there are many I've missed, those are the ones I see most commonly.

I answered from my biased

I answered from my biased stepmother perspective and forgot to include any for stepdads.

SF = stepfather
BF = bio father
DW = dear wife

Also, some unrelated to people
CS = child support
CO = custody order
