Oh, how we become masters of tongue biting!
I think I just nearly bit my tongue off to avoid saying what I wanted to say just now! We are watching So You Think You Can Dance. There was a contemporary dancer up trying out...keep in mind, HHB considers herself a contemporary dancer. After the performance...which looked like one of HHB's performances (bad extensions, etc. which the judges pointed out and girl didn't go on)...DH says, "I can get on a stage and flail around. Maybe I should try out for the show." I wanted to say it...I really did! I bit my tongue, but in my head I was laughing hysterically and thinking, "Really? But when HHB dances EXACTLY LIKE THAT, you tell her she is the best dancer out there and she dances so beautifully! But when it is someone else, they are just flailing around the stage?"
Double standards of these Disney Dads!!! Gotta love it! Their preciouses are beautiful and perfect, but when other people do the exact same thing, it gets criticized and ridiculed!

Don't know, since she's not here...LOL. I know she posts a lot of her dancing on SnapChat! BD24 follows her and tells me sometime, "Mom, HHB posted this video of her dancing the other day, and she looked like a total spaz!"

@Sally...how I know that wailing cat sound! HHB also fancies herself a great singer, but she sounds like a dying cat! One of those things I really don't miss...her walking around this house all summer singing! But of course, when dear daddy chimes in...she's the best!
HHB's latest social media posts are that she is trying to be an ASL translator. She has taken one year of ASL in high school, and when she moved from here, she was barely passing that class. Don't know how she did second semester. Another thing I really don't miss...HHB always "signing" when she talked, or even when she was just talking to herself in her head! Yes, I put signing in quotes, because we don't even know if she was using actual signs, or if she was just moving her hands to look like it...based on the barely passing grade in the class. I'm sure she is back in this mode now. Drove me insane when she lived with us, and so glad that she isn't here with it! On this one, DH even told her once, "You look like a spaz! If you are talking with a hearing impaired person, fine. If you were hearing impaired, fine. But people know you hear just fine, and the people you are talking to hear just fine, so you look like a spaz! Nothing wrong with practice...you just don't have to do it ALL THE TIME!"
