The busted screen iPod has finally breathed it's last breath! I guess SD15 got water in it taking all those bikini-boob shots at the pool last week...LOL. Here is the funny thing...DH found her another used tablet...an OLD used tablet. It is a 1st gen Kindle Fire...so...no camera!!! And yes, I do have to give him props, because he did that on purpose! So, she still has access to her Facebook and games, but no more pictures, as the only thing she has that takes pictures is her phone, and she cannot connect that to her Kindle! And because she has no data on her phone, she can't send those pictures to anyone else, either...hahaha! PRICELESS! No more video chat! No more bikini-boob shots! The world is safe for the time being. }:)

Of course, the world still is not safe from her posts about the breakup and how depressed and broken hearted SD15 is, but those seem to have calmed way down since she can't add the dramatic pictures of her "crying" to them for added effect!

Seriously, I think the internet and all these devices are ruining our youth...really! It is a stage for them, and without their stage, they don't know what to do with themselves! Really...I swear SD15 cannot get through a day without the floods of compliments everyone gives her on social media to try to cheer up the depressed little broken-hearted girl!

My dad would have worn out my rearend with a spanking!! 15 is not too old. One of my brothers literally got a kick in the rear as he fled down the stairs. Dad caught up with him... And he was 17.
My parents' house; my parents' rules. I stayed with them for about 6 months when I was 26. Paid rent, had my own phone line, etc. But I respected the rules, including calling to say I wouldn't be home that night (got stuck in a tornado shelter for a couple hours and was too exhausted and shaken to drive after). If I hadn't called, my mother would have waited up all night.

SD13 is practically manic when she doesnt have her phone. you should have seen her pissy attitude the day she got it wet at the pool. i was so hoping the thing was broken for good. she ignored her cousin who was our/her guest that weekend and sat in her room moping.

she also once referred to her ipad as her "friend".
we know she spends the majority of her free time in her room with the phone and ipad. so sad. even now that its summer, the kid would rather be inside all day on a device than enjoy the outside and nice weather.
