So my ex has 1,3,and 4th weekend. Exchange time is 3pm at the police department. Get ready to check your calendars... I get a call at 4pm by a police officer that I am not there for child custody exchange. I told the officer, well, sir he gets the kids the 1st, 3rd and 4th weekend. This is the 5th weekend of the month. I will be more than happy to bring you my paperwork. Officers response is no, he doesn't have any paperwork, so he needs to bring it to him, and if he needs anything he will call. Of course, I haven't heard back.
Count to 5, it is simple. Every little things makes him look worse

Actually, was the 4th Friday this month. In our state, the weekends count by the Fridays (which are typically the exchange days). We had this same argument with my husband's ex until we pointed her to the state website that shows a completed calendar that indicates each 1,3,5th weekends.

Did he have the child last weekend?

Our state a weekend starts on Saturday even though the exchange is on Friday. He had them the last 2 weekends. I had the weekend of the 8th. He had them the weekend of the 1st.
It is the 5th weekend of the month.
