Getting SS busted!

Ok! I know it sounds bad but after this weekend I know something drastic has to happen before something deadly does. BM allows SS17 to drink and go and come from her house with no restrictions. SS17 has shown up at DH house totally wasted. My worst fear he will get in a car wreck and kill a totally innocent person. I need to get this kid pulled over and busted. It is my belief "and yes I have been wrong before but I don't think I am now" that if he gets stopped and is arrested both BM and DH will have it taken out of their hands and he will have to deal with his screw up. My problem is I have no idea how to do this. I have his tag number but how do I get him and cop in same spot?

call in anon and say you spotted a drunk driver going such and such way down such and such road with this color vehicle and this plate. We got these calls all the time when I dispatched. It may take more than one call because there isn't always an officer in the area when these people are out drinking

Check into your state laws, but in most states with him being underage, you and your DH can stick a small GPS tracker in the wheel well of his car, without him ever knowing it is there. Then you will know EXACTLY where he is at all times.

Looked it up, found the perfect one and it was at a great price. DH said no. Why do I even bother to try to keep this kid alive? He is going to take SS17 in to Dr and get drug test without SS knowing. Fat chance of that happening. Thank guys for all the infomation help anyway.
DH husband told Bm about drug
DH husband told Bm about drug test before date. Because DR said he would not do without everyone being ok with it. Bm told SS17 and she refused to have Dh take him in for physical. This women has a sister that buried her daughter not 1 1/2 years ago from a overdose. Has the whole world become stupid or just to lazy to step and deal with the shit of being a parent?
