how can i prove that hes working. he dont seee my son no more cuz he cheated on his gf and left the best thing he had for a girl that has 4 kids herself she dont see. its been over 1 1/2 years . my son is 17 and i never went for support b4 cuz he mentaly and physicly supported my son. when he stopped seeing him i went for support. he lied to the judge and said he never new about the first hearing and he should not pay what they wanted him to cuz he was layed off right b4 the next courtt date. he lied and said he didnt get the orrder to appear to the first date cuz i sent it to his gf address. even tho he says hes living somewhere else. whitch he wasnt. but for some reason this old lady is letting him use her address. he is a registered sex offender so the judge looked on the registry and saw his address was listed at this old ladys house. the judge believed him so granted him the reduced ammt. retroactivly. even tho he wasnt layed off till right b4 the 2nd hearing. my complante was if i sent it to his gf house and it wasnt returned to the court saying dont live hear you know he knew about the original court date. but whatever at least my son was getting something. his unemploment has stopped so support has stopped. i know for a fact he is working at a friends dads shop under the table and has been for a few mo. how do i prove it so he dont screw my son over any more? affraid the judge will believe him again. any one have a simaler experience?
