I think I'm getting old

The grandkids and my son got here today. I'd forgotten how much energy toddlers have. The twins seem to re energize each other. I can't remember the last time I felt so exhausted. Of course it could be the cookies grandma gave them. Wink My oldest granddaughter had to show us her big girl panties as soon as they got here. I think it embarrassed H but he can get over it. Both the girls are sooo proud that they can use the potty like big girls. Of course H had an opinion about that, he thinks they should have been potty trained a long time ago. They'll be 3 in March, I think they're doing just fine. He says sd was potty trained by the time she was 1. :jawdrop: I'm having a little problem believing that. He forgets I knew them then and I can remember her at 4 and 5 peeing where ever she was standing. Yes she did it in a public library once. Anyway the kids, big and small, are finally asleep so now I have to try and get my dog out from under the bed. She's been there since they got here. Biggrin Much love to all of you. You're the greatest bunch of people I've every had the pleasure of knowing.

I wish I had just a fraction of their energy. They played until they fell over. It's fantastic!!!! Biggrin

my sons 19&22 said for me to not hold my breath..sigh

Honestly my oldest wasn't planning on kids either but oops here are the twins and then bam my grandson. I told him that God has a sense of humor and maybe now he regrets everything he did when he was a kid. }:) There is nothing like waking up in the morning to 3 giggly kids. I have really missed it. My youngest says he won't get married until he's out of the Army and has a steady job and money in the bank. So far he's sticking to it, he puts half his pay check in the bank every month and has since he joined the service. There is nothing like grandkids, all the joy and none of the hassle Biggrin .

HI, I have a 15 yr old stepdaughter that now lives with her mom. when she was little we had custody of her for about yrs. Her mom finally got her head out of her arse, and he decided that she would be ok to go with mom. Well after three years mom decided to move from ohio to flordia with the new hubby.I have two boys from a prior marriage, and we have a daughter together, my stepdaughters only sibling and she has been around the other two since they were very young. Here is my promblem, she has recently come home with a major attitude when she is here for visitation. We have summer vacation coming up and she will be here for 3 months, my daughter says she is crbby all the time, she is absolutely rude with me and disrepectful of my children and me. When she is with mom and stepdad, she has total free rome, no consquences, and its hard since we have rules and when she is here i expect her to follow them. She picks on my oldest bad, then this last visit my younger son(which they always got along well) she hit him on his back hard leaving a mark and said oh well i said i was sorry and he made me mad and woulnd't stop. I dont want her back in my home, and unfortunaly my husband doesn't want to take a stand against her since he only gets to see her for a limited amount of time, he doesn't want her to get mad and then not come up anymore. I say good I love her with all my heart this has been 10yrs and not till the last few have we had a problem. HELP ME PLEASE WHAT DO I DO????
