i want to KILL the little shit that lives next door. i know yss is hell on wheels, but he's not even 12 yet. there is NO REASON in the WORLD that a sixteen year old should EVER stripe his legs w/ a fucking hickory. EVER.

Wait... you mean he basically spanked him with a switch (but on his legs)? I don't know... I'd be tempted to call the cops with that age difference and a 16yr old.

I DID. dh doesnt know it tho'.

he said if he was older, with the pics i showed him, that he'd take him in for assault/battery. but remember too - i'm just the step w/ no legal authority. dh handled it w/ the kid's dad so there's nothing i can do.

the dad is an arrogant asshole. but we did talk to him. none of us adults will ever know what really happened to bring it to the point it got to, so dh and the dad agreed to each handle their own kid and they will not be allowed to be around eachother.

i'm still livid tho'. there is absolutely NO fucking excuse for that little shit, i dont care what yss did to start it.

the story goes (from the other kid, through his dad) that yss was throwing bits of gravel from our driveway into their perfectly manicured yard, then it escalated from there.

the little asshole should have just gone to ANY adult and said "he's misbehaving- fix it."
