Feeling frustrated- need advice

Ss8 is here visiting. He only visits 2 or 3 times a year. I am 28 weeks pregnant, it's 34 degrees and I am losing patience FAST. My husband is working 12 hour night shifts this week so he sleeps from 6am-1pm and then leaves for work at 4:30pm. Basically its me doing everything and find myself becoming soooo frustrated! I'm hormonal, im hot, im tired and i'm on the edge. Advice ladies?

Before you jump on my husband he offered before SS arrived to hire a babysitter for while hes working lol i told him no. Hubby works very hard for us and I told him I was fine sitting at home with SS while he works. I just need some tips on how to mentally detach so I'm not ripping my hair out!

Can he swim? When I was pregnant I loved floating in the water, took away so much stress, both physical and mental.

We have outdoor pools here that are full of kids, he can play, you can float or relax and he's exhausted after a couple of hours.

Honestly I was really uncomfortable pregnant. I was always hot and hormonal like you all the while taking care of SS3 while DH worked. I'm not ashamed to say Netflix became my bestfriend. We usually never watch tv but I was always exhausted so Curious George it was. I got as much housework done as I could while he ate and let him watch four or five episodes. Then we'd go to the park or some indoor kid play place when it was really hot. I'd let him play for hours then home for lunch and nap. He was also in preschool for the last couple of months I was pregnant and they did a good job of wearing him out too. Find some indoor play places and let him go wild while you sit in the ac, embrace TV time during cleaning and feeding times and make naps mandatory everyday.

I second the video games. Or make him popcorn and put on a movie in his room. That's at least an hour of silence.
