Hi All

I am sure being a stepparent or second wife we are all faced with the same problems.

My Problems just never end.

We are constantly in and out of court with the x wife she is for ever dragging us to court for some reason and has never ever had a successful case against us.

She has also never really contributed financially and once again dragged us to court to get her maintenance reduced with this case pending for months and Finalised apparently on her terms I spiralled out of control and almost had a nervous breakdown so I started counselling as I had no way of coping on my own and this all happened about a month before our wedding day. So guess what I did...

Exactly what all of you do on this page I started sharing my story on line from day one. The ex wife has always accused me of lying and frauding email correspondence leaving me in a position where she is always the poor old victim. This time I decided there is no way that any one believe her story so I started a Blog called GL*** D*** of our Life and her Business was called GL*** D*** N*** a** B***** and she managed to find my blog. On my blog I would add proof of what ever I am saying eg. when I discuss the maintenance order and her not contributing I would add a copy of the divorce agreement (Maintenance section) I did not mention her name anywhere in my blog however I did not blog anonymously I also discussed other matters and added cropped photos.

WARNING TO ALL.

This landed me in hot water she approached the court and accused me of constantly harassing her and a couple of other things that is not TRUE. I then received a call from the Sheriff notifying me that I had to collect a interim protection order from them I then posted another blog notifying my readers of order and then received the order I Deleted all blogs as per the court order the following day after consulting a attorney for legal advice she then had a argument with my husband and 3 days later opened a contempt of court case against me to get back at him ...

This all happened in February 2015 we are now at the end of June 2015 and this matter is still not finalised. Please be very careful of what you post on line.

Because of the constant strained relationship between all of us and the constant court battles I landed in hospital twice being treated for stress and I now have the stress of this court battle.

All of this was not worth what I have gone through.

Don't allow people to get you down and go and see someone professional don't get yourself in HOT WATER as I did.

Sounds like you did This to yourself. You blogged about her non anonymously ans used identifying business info of her. So essentially you wanted her to find about it or the people that you know to find out about it.

When people blog here, we use aliases and don't use identifying info. I would highly suggest that you disengage from her and put up some boundaries.

The magistrate said I am allowed to post blogs on sites like these..so should I start ha ha ha haaa...

No I am way over her controlling my life I am now focussed on myself my work and my new business.

No more contact with her so in my mind she is non existent

Hi All

Thank you for all your comments and replies.

Firstly I would like to state that not one of us can claim the we are the little innocent one.

And I am not here to run her down in any way.

She is constantly dragging our asses to court for some reason its not the first case.

Our matter was heard in front of a magistrate and he did not want to make any ruling as he said that the matter was to complex however I was not prepared to have this matter drag on for months and months to come.

Because of the constant stress I was admitted into hospital twice this year.

Her request to the court was the following:-

I am not allowed to communicate with her at all.
I am not allowed near her place of business or home.
I am not allowed to bad mouth her.
I must remove the blog.

I did immediately remove the blog when the legal matter started. However 3 days later after the legal document was served on me she had a disagreement with DH and she then proceeded to open a contempt of court case against me so I had 2 pending matters.

We agreed for the court to grant a order just to get the matter finalised but the terms of her order changed to the following:-

Neither Party is allowed to communicate negatively with one and other
Neither Party is allowed to post Negative Comments on Social Networks.

Now challenge to arise the warrant of my arrest will be issued and based on her history she will use it as a "weapon" against me. So this matter was argued in front of the Magistrate the warrant was issued and my attorney is in possession of it that way she can not use it as a weapon Yippeee.

Her Attorney really ran me down in court making me out to be evil but not once was any of her matter mentioned and not once did we run her down although we could have as we had a lot of evidence against her even photos of her children being "abused/injured" more than once with medical records We took all the punches and I am so proud because I think I did very well by not running her down at all.

We are now faced with two new matters again from her side and once again we have to appear in the high court but it is fine we are not stressed about it at all.

I have blocked her email address with our service provider and changed my contact details so no more communication from my side with her at all.
