So Bm was served 11/26 and the lawyer is still waiting for a response... She did post on FB that she's in "desperate" need a lawyer that "doesn't cost a lot of money" but we'll see if she takes action on that. Now now, before I get any flack, I don't usually look at her social media things but I've been keeping an eye because Dh is going to court and Bm is the type of person to put every.single.thing on Fb. The nice thing is that Dh's lawyer is writing up the proposed parenting plan because they think she won't respond and they'll be ready to give the judge the plan he's requesting and fingers crossed, it'll just a shoo-in. It might not happen but hey, positive vibes, right?

In other news, Bm was in the hopsital last weekend because apparently her esophagus tore and she had GI bleeding. I feel a little bad that Dh is taking her to court while she has these issues going on but she's always at the hospital because she always thinks she's sick (this time she really was sick) so if not now, when?

We also made our first appearence as a family for Ss's school recital. It was nice. Bm acted as though Dd and I didn't exist but whatever. I met Bm's boyfriend, he came up and shook my hand and introduced himself-real nice guy. Even Bm's parents came over to say hi and talked with Dd. All of Bm's peeps being so nice and friendly made her stink face and crap attitude even more awkward.
