Anyone else eagerly awaiting the Season 5 premiere? DH and I hosted a party for all our fellow fans last year and are doing it again next year. LOL! People think we're nuts, because we go all out. I found a brain Jello mold and brain ice cube trays, so I will make a Jello brain for dessert and our drinks will be chilled by floating brains. I will be serving Hershel's Spaghetti with Farmer Rick's Garden Salad on the side. I made these femur-shaped breadsticks last year that were a hit, and they will be making an encore this year.

We have purchased fake barbed wire to wrap around all the stair railings, and bloody handprint window clings. Ladies and gentlemen, I know how to decorate! DH and I purchased a life-sized little zombie girl, the one in pink PJs and bunny slippers that Rick shoots at the very beginning of Season One. She moves across the floor and growls. HA! I won't tell you what we shelled out for her, but she'll be the hit if the party.

DH will be dressed as Abraham. BS18 will be Daryl. He even has the crossbow and angel wing vest. I will be the best, most badass character on the show: Carol. (Please no haters!) I even bought the Doc Martens boots she wore in Season 4. I wanted her knuckle knife, but (ha!) they're illegal in my state. Mom has hinted that she will be Michonne, which would be hysterical! My one sister may come as crazy Lizzie. My brother wants to be Hershel, but hasn't decided. (RIP Hershel).
