The DNA test results came back

okay the DNA test results came back let me give you some back story if you haven't read by blogs plus its been a bit

SO wanted dna done on sd10 in agreement it should have been done ages ago. BM instantly went to maintanence so that CS is taken right out of SO he had paid 500 a month on time.

Anyway shes not his.

BM told SD10 about the test and what it was for. WTF?!?!??

Now is playing a game surprise surprise. telling SO he has had time and she needs to know what hes doing because she hasn't told the chid the results yet.

UGH and hes all colors of messed up from this. I think he doesn't know what to do. its just messed up so many lies and her torturing and haunting him and controlling and the PAS. its been terrible.

to top this off she flippin blames me!!!! in what world is this my fault!!!!

I was in CS court one day and something similar to this happened. But the child in mention was almost 18, this guy had paid for 18 years and then found out the kid wasn't his but the judge wouldn't let the CS stop, he held him to the order and he had to keep paying until the child turned 18 OR until he was done with college. I couldn't believe it.

Agreed. I think the only time you can stop CS or not start is if you prove it right at the beginning. Once it's been ongoing and DH is "being" a father, the courts don't want that to stop even in paternity is disproven.

Sorry that you are going through this.

Keepthefaith, my DH went through something similar with his "son," who was 9 at the time. A DNA test revealed he wasn't his. BM knew this all along and lied all those years. She has since completely alienated the child from DH and he is being adopted by his SF, who is supposedly his biological father. Read my blogs if you have the time. You'll see what we went through and are still going through.

DH will always consider the child his son, but whether they ever have a relationship someday remains to be seen. It's criminal what the BM did to this poor kid and your DH. Well, it should be, anyway.
