We took SS to his school class program last night and BM was there. NO big deal we just avoided her. Well the kids where each asked who was most important to them and why and ss said, my dad and my stepmom Angie and the reason he gave for me was. Because she takes care of me and does fun stuff for me and goes to all my games and cheers the loudest. She tucks me in and night and is alway nice to me and makes sure all my homework is done right. She's a good mom. He also gave me a stain glass window picture they made in class.

BM of course was upset and asked SS why he said me instead of her and he said, "didn't you hear, Angie does ALL those things for me"

I felt bad for BM but hey she had 8 years to be a mom and I've only had 2 and I've done more for SS in those 2 years than she ever did.

that is an awesome story... i wish one day my sd will say that about me, i just started taking care of her a week and a half ago .

Reminds me of when I was a teenager. We went to church one Sunday; it was Mother's Day. The pastor asked my little brother who does all this stuff for you? Without batting an eye he said "my sister."

They got a chuckle out of that. I'm sure my mom was embarrassed though.

BM has been such a horrible person since day one and SS isn't always the best kid but if just for last night it's been worth it, but don't hold me on that I'm sure I'll be complaining shortly Smile

Yeah right I totally agree with you! Yeah great there are a lot of happenings in the school now a days but it is only natural because teenager are going to be mature. Keep up the good work and Godbless!
