Day 2's conversation

Harleygurl's picture

Today SS7 was talking about cars. He asked what kind of car I have. What make. Then he said "Yeah, I knew it was a Chevy. I told BM that your new car is as fast as a cheetah!" LOL That explains a lot. Probably pissed her off royal because she has a hunk of junk car. My car is a new USED car but I also kept my old vehicle because it doesn't have any trade-in value (old model, high miles, but still a good vehicle) and my son will be driving next year. When I bought the new USED car about a week later BM started whining about taking DH to court for more child support. Keep dreaming skank! I keep my finances separate for a reason!

Haaha! They always send the spy to find out the dirt. My SS7 has asked more questions about our finances than a tax attorney! And when my husband got his motorcycle we were in court the next month for yet another attempt at CS increase. And my BM moved around the corner from us when she found out where we lived so now she can drive past and snoop every single day

lol - sigh - its funny how they seriously get jealous over anything...
SHORTLY after court a couple years back, and several SEVERAL thousand dollars - I went out and bought a brand, ew convertible sports car....BM went NUTS....Ironically we spent more than 3 times on HER (court) and yet the fact that *I* bought a new car with *MY* money was still a problem (and my response was a simple EAT IT BIOTCH)

I make about 3x as much money as DH. Anything extra we do is usually on my dime. I don't mind giving to the ones I love. She sees anything (car, trip, etc) and goes crazy! It's been very entertaining to watch over the years. She has literally told me it isn't fair that DH and I get to do things and she and her husband don't. No mention of SS7 in the conversation at all. She said this right after we had spent the weekend out of town for a concert. DH gets private glee out of her assinine jealousy statements, especially when they have nothing to do with their son; just things he does that she can't afford. Here's the solution: Get a job! Pretty simple.

SD used to ask us what we paid for this or that. Depending on what is was, we always told her either 10 or 100 dollars. It didn't matter, BM has always told SD that her dad is a loser and everything we have is because of me.

SD also had a habit of telling us what her mother had. My husband would just say, "That's nice, I'm glad your mom has a pool table."

Yes, I am so jealous of a woman who has a pool table but gets evicted from every place she lives. She eventually had to sell everything and move back in with HER mother. I'm so jealous.
