Probably blogging about weekend too soon

It doesnt actually end until SO takes them to school tomorrow. But I wanted to record what has transpired so far.
The usual eat and leave fast food half eaten and trash all over dining room.
The usual change clothes and leave them where they drop in hall, bath, Living room , where ever.
The usual TP taken off roll and tossed on bath floors.
A new addition of MIL called SO to tell him she found his checkbook in the back of her van :jawdrop:
She transported the skids like every weekend back and forth a few times over the weekend. He said last he used it was 3 weeks ago. He said he hasnt ridden in his moms van EVER.
Sounds to me like someone took it to NBBM to get info and then "returned" it to gmas van??
It is his checkbook for his restaurant.

Sounds like my house. Friday afterschool the skids come and throw back packs on the ground, shoes and sweatshirts. Run to xbox where they will sit all weekend long. Except when they come up stairs for meals to make a mess and walk off. Then the bathroom....of course no flushing, throw clothes on the floor when you take them off and leave them there, leave wrappers everywhere. So, yeah, my Sunday night when they leave is basically a clean up time. And breathe a sigh of relief... And wish I had a real weekend with no skids.

Every single weekend. Unless we go out of town or request they do not come for some reason. Which I am going to push for. My SO is pretty angry at BM for going behind his back and getting a lawyer to take 125% of the support amount directly out of his checks now. When he was doing it voluntarily....so now they both have to pay more lawyer's fees and everything. I don't know his court order but I don't think he's required to have them every weekend. So as far as I am concerned I would like to start having a break from them once a month. They are the laziest, rudest, most entitled, selfish kids I have ever met. I have no warm feelings for them at all. I am not mean to them nor do I tell them what to do, I just ignore them and they ignore me.

Yikes!! The checkbook worries me esp if its for DHs business!! It would be very wise to keep close tabs on that account & those check numbers!!! Close watch!! If BM saw said checks (& Im sure sge did!!) Id be rather concerned as she now has the routing & account number!!! Was there a register in the checkbook that showed a running total? I hope not!! & hmm. Where & how did the skids retrieve that checkbook & wonder what else they scavenged thru!!! Eeekkk!!

Their routine of leaving everything tossled around the house sounds familiar sadly. I stopped picking up after skids months ago. I simply throw their close & items in their disaster pit of bedrooms & shut the doors!!! Lol. Towels, clothes, toys & accessories!! Thats now on the skids & DH to deal with!! I stopped buying them stuff & dont do their laundry as well DH backs me up on it. Last time the skids were here SS11 complained to DH that I wasnt doing my job & cleaning his room like I used to. I laughed my butt off & DH joined in with me. SS looked bewildered & then got rude and demanded that I also didnt buy him the posters & bedding he had "asked" (more like demanded ) I buy him from Fatheads.com ($350 wall decal). DH shut that down real fast & told him Im not his Maid nor am I ever 'expected' to buy him anything as he is so awfully mean towards me. So then he told his Dad to go clean his room. I was soo proud of DH!!! He ordered SS to go clean his room immediately & instructed him on how to use the washing machine!!!!! Ha!!!! Priceless!!!!

Id either make DH clean it or have him instruct the kids to do so!! Id "quit".
