I would venture a guess that when they took this (survey/poll?) a further 10-20% of the stepparents asked hadn't been in the relationship long enough to start disliking their stepkids. Sometimes it takes a while to get to the dislike stage. For long-term relationships, I imagine it's around 70-80%.
