Hi everyone - Just an update on my false allegations situation. I had court today. The judge basically scolded HCBM for pulling this again and dismissed the order. I am grateful and trying to celebrate the small victories. However I know that this just means more attacks are coming as HCBM was frantic after. 

I'll keep you guys posted but I wanted to thank you for your support during this!

Holy crap, a rational judge?! Keep their name in mind for the next election!

Glad it went well and BM got called out on her behavior. You're right that it will probably escalate again, so do what you can to prep for it.

Congratulations! Justice was done... but watch out for the knives heading for your back. Yes, it may mean more attacks from BM BUT she has begun to run out of options. Yay!

That's awesome news!  I'm glad the judge scolded her, although it probably will encourage more than discourage her continued antics, unfortunately.  I suspect there's a screw loose there.

I would continue to insist that neither you nor your daughter EVER be alone with the SD.  I would also want cameras installed in any place on your property where you or your daughter might be alone with her.   You likely have a long 10 years ahead of you.

That is a rare find not unlike finding a four leaf clover!!  Good to hear that not all judges buy into the HCGUBM's crap.  They should make these rare judges a protected species and give them a protected habitat!

For wasting your time. Take ing your time and money to defend yourself,  let it cost HCBM some money.  Your lawers fee

Please be careful---some bm's will not stop. I have seen good people loose their jobs and respect in community. 

 

On top of thousands of dollars to fight false allegations. 

If you can not counter sue for attorney fees---NOW may be the time to think is this guy that great, that I am willing to loose it all?
