STBXH doing drive-by's...

Found out tonght from a neighbor that STBXH has been seen driving by my house a few times recently. Reportedly driving slow, but not stopping. Damn. 

So now I have to get the locks re-keyed & a couple of security cameras. Not in a good position to get a fierce guard dog right now.

I'd really been enjoying my peace & freedom. Freedom from the anger, complaining, arguement bait, accusations & blame-shifting, love-bombing, etc. 

Anyone have any recommendations for security cameras? I started researching the Ring camera...

Ugh!

Ring cameras are great, because it's more than just a camera you can get the package that also has alarms.

While Rings are great - in this case maybe something like ADT with monitoring may be better?  The slow drive by's are disturbing.  Also tell your lawyer and maybe the police?  Would that be enough for a restraining order?  Please be safe!

We have Arlo - outdoor cameras, doorbell, the whole thing. We love it. It allows us to monitor everything 24/7 and alerts us to any motion on the property.

Given your ex , I would invest in permanent camera's but you can add additional coverage with Alfred. I borrowed a family members dog for a few weeks when I had this issue with an ex. It was very effective without being a lifelong commitment. (She caught & trapped him in the window - leaving me "Flowers". - He never could explain why he had to be inside to leave them.) Best of luck.

Not sure if you have enough to do this but talk to them about a restraining order. If anything, they could at least approach him and let him know the police are aware of his stalking. Don't play with this guy. And yes to cameras. I'm looking into Ring but my son has Arlo cameras and they work great. 

Please let your attorney know about this also, Big hugs.

Creepy. 

I agree with the RING camera.

BM did the same thing to us. It as very creepy and scary. Get this,  we would walk out of the house, She would sit with the tip of the front end of her car sticking out. Jusssssssst enough that we would see her.  She also managed to talk a neighbor a block over, to let her sleep over.  WHO does that?  She didn't live in our state either. 

She was ordered to stay 200ft from us. It was something like that.  When you think about it that is pretty far. 

Gotta be careful and protect yourself. I would file a police report too. Keeps things on record.

ETA that earlier tonight I emailed my attorney letting him know, also, about the drive-by's.

... on Thursday. Last night neighb advised STBXH hasn't been seen driving by this week.
