Hiring a PI to prove older SS19 no longer lives with BM. Please read and offer Advice

We know SS19 has not lived with BM since turning 18 we just need to prove it so DH can stop paying child support for SS19. In our state child support goes to 21 unless SS19 moves out and NOT attending college.  This is the case with SS19. 
 

Our attorney has advised DH to hire a PI to prove this which we have. Since The more information we can provide to the PI about SS19 to make his job easier to prove this which Inturn cost us less. 
 

SS19 has his "Social media" locked down so we can't rely on Facebook ect to provide anything. SS19 does NOT drive or have a car. SS19 live in girlfriend DOES have a car. We know where SS19 works but not sure days/hours(Starbucks). Due to SS19 young age "people search engines" online don't come up with much. SS19 has been totally Alienated from DH for over 4 years so asking him is a no. 
 

So any advice on what we can provide to the PI to make his job easier and less $$$ for us?

Do you know where he lives?  Can you send registered mail to him there and see if anyone signs for it? Or a package that requires his signature?

It will be difficult for you to do this. The PI should be able to do this with fake profiles they have set up. Their profiles will be extensive (years of history) so bm on high alert won't suspect.

Provide the PI with BM's home and work address, the GF's home and work address (if known) and any locations SS like to frequent. Mostly the PI is going to be scouting these locations to gather evidence if or whether SS is still living at BM's.

You probably won't get far with Facebook as your only social media to look at. That age group doesn't really use it. Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, tik tok gives you a higher chance of finding out something you're looking for.
