Update on SD's Rape Story
According to SD, age 17, she told DH last week that the police thought the guy, age 17, is out of state and the detective didn't think they boy will come back. Now, she tells DH last night that the boy was arrested a week or so ago. She also tells DH that the trial is at the end of this month. I find it hard to believe that they can have a trial in a little over a month. Around here, it is a fast trial if it is within 3 months. BM and DH have been letting SD talk to the detective and only get their information from SD. No one really knows what it happening. The detective said it could take weeks to get all the evidence off of the computers (SD's and the boys)
Around the first of the month they did go before the judge to extend the restraining order.
Background: Sd called DH middle of last month to inform that she was raped. DH rushed to her. SD didn't want to go to the dr or press charges. SD invites the boy back to her home the next night and states she was raped again. DH convinced her to press charges. Keep in mind this is NOT the first time SD says she has been raped within the past year.
I am having a hard time believing this was rape. BM's BD, who is older than SD, sent DH a video tape of the boy and SD showing them laughing together. SD is dressed in a t shirt and panties and boy only has on his pants. The video is from the morning of the second "rape".
DH says the DA talked to SD during the visit to the judge to get the restraining order. The DA asked SD why she invited the boy back to her house. SD says it was because he apologized and wanted to "talk" to her. I told DH if that is true then he needs to have a conversation with SD because she is more than likely to get involved in a relationship with a physically abusive men and she will stay because he says he is sorry. DH said that the DA said that it was OK that she invited him back and that she didn't have a problem trying to convince the judge that it was because SD wanted to talk. I think the DA is a little concerned that she may not be able to prove to the judge that SD invited him back to just "talk".
BM thinks that they will offer the boy a plea bargin or have SD just talk to the judge and not have her questioned by the defense attorney.

1) IF what SD says is true. It's a real issue. I had a stalker. Who after was blocked on everything, said he "wanted to apologize" I felt I was due an apology. Skyped with them (they made a new Skype, red flags, right? Man what an idiot I was) NOPE. Back to the same old s*** the SECOND we were on Skype, I immeadiately shut it down and blocked him, AGAIN. Only had one flare up incident about 2 years ago where he tried to reappear. Got rid of Skype completely. It helps that I've moved 4 or 5 times since he was an issue, changed my name due to marriage, and changed my phone number, and deleted skype completely. But yes, that is an excuse creeps use to get back in. And wronged women want the apology so they have bouts of insanity.
BUT, that being said, leads me to number 2....
2) If I'm not mistaken SD's sister(?) has a video that shows a very different story. Doesn't show just talking, shows things leading up, and SD being a willing participant. Which makes it seem more like a "I had sex and mommy and daddy found out, so now I have to cover it up and plead it as rape." Which moves me to believe she's part of the problem. With so many FALSE rape accusations, it's harder to actually charge the real jacka$$es of the world. And makes things less believable for those that REALLY have charges to file, and deserve that justice and closure.
3) From what you've said, I think the DA wants to offer a deal because the DA feels that credibility will be lost if they have to put SD on the stand. Why these cases are so hard to prosecute as well, is because victims are often unwilling to go in front of the court, no victim, means it's less likely to actually go through. IF it went to trial, SD would pretty well be guaranteed to be questioned. By BOTH sides, the defense, looking for holes in her story to show her a liar, and by the prosecution to show the truth, the DA would WANT her on the stand, becuase if there's a jury involved they want them to see her pain.
It's all speculation of course... I can't prove either way. But it all seems fishy. I really do hope the best through all this, if it is true, I hope there's justice, but if it's not, I really hope she didn't ruin an innocent person's life.

Believe me...I can not comprehend
DH says it is because the detective wants to talk directly to SD. I understand that he probably will have some questions for SD but I would a parent should also be involved since she is a minor.
SD has full control of BM's home. She does have some control over DH. He will call her out from time to time but she still runs the show.

Yeah. The poor kid will be a registered sex offender for the rest of his life. How empowering for the spoiled, selfish SD. She will learn to do this again and again.
But I kinda doubt the DA has a case, it sounds like SD is lying about that too.
The boy has been in trouble with the law a few times
He has never been accussed of rape and hasn't been in Juvie that I have been told. He lives with his grandmother and he has a learning disability. To me, it sounds like he has high functioning autism like my DS.

Do you know the kid's name? Most court actions are public information - search for the courts in your area and you can often search the docket by party name.
I thought police couldn't talk to minors without a parent present.

Our courts will not have the information online since he is a minor. I had red flags going up when DH and BM said SD was talking to the detective. I would think the detective would at some point want to speak to a parent or at least request to speak to a parent. I can't imagine being a parent and NOT wanting to talk to the detective myself.

She claims that all the fathers of all her children raped her. I was talking to her stepmom about it and she said "Right, rape, that's why she insisted that 4 of them marry her! Don't we all marry our rapist?"
BM1 only cries rape after she has broken up with whoever the flavor of the week is. The woman has 8 kids, 5 different dads, 2 other babies were stillbirths by 2 other men. That's what we know of, who knows if there are more miscarriages or abortions that we don't know about.
DH was the 1st to tap into the crazy 20 years ago but I am sure he won't be the last, especially considering she started at 16 and has 3yr old twins! I guess I should say her SM has her 3yr old twins because crazy doesn't have custody of any of her kids.
Watch out, I have a feeling SD isn't going to be too far from this situation!

There are actual victims out
There are actual victims out there so it’s hard to tell and we don’t want to say it’s a lie if it’s actual truth. But BM and BM’s BM routinely accused people of rape, abuse, assault and molestation by everyone on this planet. None were true. OSD took after them. She does the same. Funny that these stories always surface at interesting suspicious times.
