Thought anyone with a MOTY BM might find this amusing or relatable
I joined an online parent group in our community a little while ago. Apparently the group isnt very active anymore and one of the most recent posts on the introductions board turned out to be BM posted years ago.
The post basically detailed how she "can't relate" to any other moms in the area (around 150k population so not a super small community) because she is so much better than everyone else and cares about her child more than other moms. She listed all the ways she "strives for perfection" by eating all organic, cloth diapers, babywearing, antivaxx blah blah. Then after that she gave some excuses on why she wasnt able to actually follow through on half of that lol.
First of all, she basically named every current parenting trend that tons of moms are into around here and even if they dont follow those exact trends I'm pretty sure MOST parents care deeply about their childs wellbeing. I dont know how it makes it difficult to relate to another mom in any way just because they push their kid in a stroller instead of wearing them in a sling or whatever other stupid thing listed. 2nd, most of those things were actually DHs ideals that she completely threw out the window the second they broke up.
The whole thing was hilarious and sooo conceited and reminded me alot of how when I first started dating DH she questioned him about if I had a college degree and what my job was etc to determine if I was good enough to be around her kid. Because shes a doctor herself....just kidding shes a cashier at a grocery store part time and works for a cleaning company part time. Of course she pretends that she is a "business woman" and that the cleaning company is hers but it's actually a small business owned by someone else that she is an employee of. I'm sure lots of other SMs can relate to the holier than thou BM without any reasons to back that up.

Yeah that was actually on DH being a dumb 20 year old and watching too many conspiracy documentaries. Luckily he has since changed his mind and both SD (now) and our DS are vaccinated, but BM didnt even care enough to do anything but go along with it to get DHs approval. Cant tell she was one of the people who had a baby to try to keep a man can you? When DH told her he was going to get SD vaccinated now she just said well if you think it's best. Obviously she cares very very deeply and that's why she just says okay to her kid being injected with the "poisons" she was so against right?

Because she worked as a CPS caseworker and now she is a Foster Parent counselor, counseling OTHERS on how to PARENT!!!

Her kids still think she’s mother theresa... she even went to a witch dr in some dodgy area because she believed strongly hubby had gone to do black magic to harm her so she couldn’t walk for 2 yrs.
reality is she invented her can’t walk syndrome and to make it more believable got a walking stick. No specialists or xrays could detect anything wrong... yup and the 14 yrs she married hubby you would think she’s know he’s not capable of getting involved in this dodgy crap. The 4 years i married hubby even i know he’d rather play golf than waste his time on psycho exwife but nope she hasn’t come to that conclusion...
now bio mum has made it like she’s moty and told my sil’s how happy she is i love them like my own. Ummm i don’t love my skids like my own, hubby never expected me to... i’ve just been civil even when they’ve been such arseholes...

Toxic Troll has her outfit chosen
To receive her MOTY award this year. Because she bumped Munchkin out of her room, to give to Toxic Feral Eldest, and NOW TFE is crying to dadee to move back in to OUR place (not going to happen!) because mommey dearest is asking her to clean her room and the bathroom, and she just cant handle it anymore, its just so annoying.
I have to say, however, that the karma bus is hitting Toxic Troll pretty hard with this one she helped create. And Toxic Troll is the sane one in this situation, getting all the accusations leveled at her. LOL. She is getting accused of offering morphine to help with TFE suicide that she is threatening. She is getting accused of all the things DH and I were at one time.
So, here ya go Toxic Troll, here is your award!
