Feeling MUCH better after the last two days, realizing BM must REALLY be pissed...
So, yes, the AGs office messed up...what else is new? Argh! But on the other hand, honestly, yesterday both DH and I were ready to have a cow...until I came to the following conclusion:
1. WE celebrated a few months ago when it stopped, BM must have been PISSED when she found out!
2. As CS doesn't do anything until CS is actually LATE, I bet she must have been pissed from the day she didn't receive the money she was expecting UNTIL just days ago when the letter FINALLY came out...that's a month of being pissed because she didn't get her check
3. Ah, as she always bitched and bought her stupid spawn BRAND NAME ONLY clothes for school, although they live in the ghetto, it must have SUCKED to not have had ANY of that CS money for the two months right before school started! I guess she must have gone to Walmart instead...hmmm
4. And well, since the AG messed up and since they really can't do a thing until after it is 30 days late, she is STILL going to be pissed because she will NOT get the correct amount of money on ANY month until next month when it's finally over...darn!
So, you know what? At the end, yes, they messed up, but after ALL THE HELL that woman has put us through for the last 14+ years, it's nice to see that she must be losing it now! Darn, no CS especially right before school starts AND you just had your new crotch dropping! Must suck to be you BM!

Yep, I bet you she is or has been...and WILL CONTINUE to do so...as in 3 months garnishments will NOT be enough to cover the CS because of when they began taking it out again...oh well...so each month DH will have to send in the remaining amount to cover the full amount...but since it's so late in the game, she won't get it all until even AFTER loser turns 18...darn!
For all the heartache she caused us when we needed the money, we now will sit back and smile...we COULD send the entire amount up front and be done with it and pay it in full in advance, but heck, that would mean she'd have the money as expected or before...so instead we'll just let the AGs office do their job and when we get the letter saying he is late, THEN we will send them the money...Too bad BM. Remember the days when DH paid you directly and that wasn't good enough? Remember when you lied to the courts so you could get money not owed to you and told DH to FU#$%ck off when he asked you for the additional money that was sent to you/garnished because we really needed the money? Well, darn...now it's YOUR time to wait. We don't even NEED the money at all. Heck, we could pay you CS for the next 6 years in cash right now if we wanted to, but no, you wanted to go through the AGs office and screw us, now just let them handle it and we'll let them tell us when we are late...enjoy BM!
PS - DH could NOT send you the money himself, but "I COULD"...just like I did BEFORE when DH had no job...because "I SAVE MY MONEY"...but nope...I wont' be an idiot again. Last time I sent you MY money so you wouldn't do without, this time, I will go on vacation instead and wait for the AG to send us more letters...cause as you always said "CS and my daughter are NONE of YOUR business" lol
It really pisses me off when
It really pisses me off when BM pulls the 'the kids are none of your business, it's between my ex and I'. Until I didn't go get them at her house and take them school shopping, didn't get SDs hair cut. She really wasn't happy I don't spend my time and money on something that isn't my business.
